Encouraging, kind and helpful. Inspired confidence in myself and supported me when needed.
Very helpful providing clear explanations and instructions for follow on
Kind, compassionate, friendly and caring service. Prompt attention and understanding of all of my needs. I cannot praise enough
I have no complaints about any part of the service that I have received
Totally professional - I really cannot think of any improvement
I have been visiting the Leg Ulcer Clinic at Keighley for about 6 weeks. Have met several of the staff and all have been friendly helpful and professional at all times. The waiting times have not been excessive. Favourable comments are all I have to submit. No adverse comments at all.
My health visitor is always brilliant and gives me the right information she's very nice and helpful. And treats me and my daughter with respect and dignity.
The nurse who treated me this morning is knowledgeable, caring and extremely competent in the execution of treatments. She is pleasant and easy to deal with while remaining responsible and in full control. Although I suffer from cerebral palsy and am unable to relax I feel totally at ease and have 100% confidence in her ability to do the right thing without my intervention if and when difficult situations arise. I do not have to worry about watching her every move
She has been very helpful in helping me resolve problems where aids have been required to alleviate pains or overcome personal problems resulting from the decline in my abilities
I have never knowingly been treated or cared for by a better or more caring nurse.
I find it uplifting to feel the care and a privilege to be treated by someone so dedicated. It does not get any better.
i get a lot of skin problems round the 2 ulcers on my leg with much pain when in bed my gp as given me stronger pain killers the ulcer clinic tell me that the ulcers are getting better. I have my doubts and think in this day and age they should be a better treatment than compression bandages
Second to none, a credit to the NHS
